Giles Membrey - Joint Managing Director

Giles Membrey

Worked with Colliers Erdman Lewis as Head of Out of Town Retail Development.  Completed an MBA in 1995.  Moved to Havills Surveyors and became Managing Director in 1998. Set up of Rioja Developments in 1999.  Has considerable experience in the out of town market and has worked with a number of major developers and retail clients.

Billy McKinney - Joint Managing Director

Billy McKinney

Educated in Campbell College Belfast and the University of Ulster (Building Construction Management) Billy is responsible for all FOC developments in Europe and Eastern Europe.

Tim Sansom - Director

Tim Sansom

Since achieving BSc Hons at Reading University (MRICS).  Tim has worked in companies such as Prudential, CCL Ltd and Martin Clarke Associates specialising in out of town retail development, investment/development financing with a particular emphasis on retail warehousing until 1996 when he became founding partner in Sansom Parsons & Company.  Tim joined Bergerac Estates in 2001 and specialises in investment and development portfolio.

Alain McKinney - Director

Alain McKinney

Alain joined RJ McKinney from Insignia Richard Ellis Gunne in Belfast where he was head of Business Space.  Prior to Insignia, Alain worked for Colliers CRE in Belfast and London (West End Offices). Alain is our retail and office space specialist.

Ian McKinney - Director

Ian McKinney

Ian joined RJ McKinney London office from a successful career with Harboard Properties Ltd.  Ian specialises in sourcing and securing our commercial developments throughout the UK.
